Write a report on a management information systems topic that interests you.

Your topic, purpose, position and target audience should be clearly indicated.

You may choose from the following topics. 

• Transaction processing systems
• Decision support systems
• Management information systems
• Executive information systems
• Expert systems
• Groupware
• Electronic commerce
• Electronic business
• Electronic data interchange
• Secure electronic transactions
• Data mining
• Online shopping
• Online banking
• Online stock trading
• Computer ethics in business

Format

• Write the report using Microsoft Word and save as a Word document.
  (If you would prefer to use another word processing program, inform the instructor in advance.)
• The body of the report should contain three to five pages of content, double-spaced, with numbered pages.
• The title page should include the title of your report, plus the usual identification information.
• Include quotations, footnotes, tables, diagrams and images as appropriate.
• Use styles to format headers and include an automatic table of contents.
• Use footnotes and list of sources consulted.
• Spelling and grammar should be correct.
